At Ceylon Gem Unit (Pvt) Ltd, we provide secure delivery arrangements for our customers both within Sri Lanka and internationally.

Local Delivery

We arrange secure and trackable delivery within Sri Lanka through reliable courier services. Delivery arrangements and charges will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

International Delivery

We offer international shipping to selected countries through reputable courier and logistics providers. Depending on the destination and value of the gemstone, shipments may be arranged with appropriate tracking, security and insurance.

International delivery times may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, security procedures and other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Before Dispatch

Due to the high value and nature of precious gemstones, full payment must be received and confirmed before the gemstone is dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with the import requirements of their destination country.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Tracking details will be provided to the customer once the shipment has been dispatched. For high-value shipments, delivery may require signature or other delivery confirmation.
